 Set up two new lines for increasing customer demand and product development.
 Shift incharge currently handling manpower of 95 associates.
 Making shift schedules for three shifts and two lines.
 Update daily production report for daily meeting with seniors
 Working to reduce cycle time.
 Responsible to meet customer demand with making flexibility in production.
 Taking care of 5S and everything for facing audits and other things.
 Controlling machine Poka yoke.
 Maintaining various Engg check sheets up to date.
 Make machines ok according to master samples.
 Making OST & OPL and updating same.
 Analysis of part and machine when problem occurred.
 Controlling various sensors parameters.
ACHIVEMENTS
 Instillation of new lines with FAS japan person.
 Design Specification criteria for new product.
 Get invitation from FAS side for training of process design, controlling and machine tool updating.
