for operational/business development activities
• Expanding channel business by sourcing new partners and maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to
enhance profitability of business operations
• Restructuring operations and introducing important measures to bring in profitability including establishment of new local offices,
strategic partner alliances for business processes and team re-organization
• Formulating and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through
• Developing relationship with key customer that extended beyond specific sales events and opportunities; managing & negotiating
commercial conditions with all key retailers/distributors
• Administering strategic sales & business planning, forecasting, cost control & budgeting, financial planning, market identification for
product development and vendor relations
• Steering efforts in preparation of MIS, Rolling plan/ enquiry funnel with consultation with sales team and sharing information with
management/principles
• Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach and
creating new sales/leads opportunities
• Ensuring optimum usage of acquired/existing software/ERPs to the benefit of the company
• Sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members
