Responsibility:
To direct, promote, and coordinate the operations of the cooperative in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding Customer Service
• Spear headed the Organizations’ business and Operations in Oman reporting to MD & COO
• Responsible for the overall business development all the Four verticals
• Responsible for Growth in Revenue, Brand Awareness and Market Reach.
• Responsible for the overall HR Service business verticals
• Listing of required data on each suspect and accurately transfer identified lists to Suspect, Prospect and Won stages
• Meet and exceed time and revenue metrics related to both Pre-sales & Sales activities.
• Created a significant presence for Recruitment and Insourcing business through owning Large Account Acquisition and Management; working closely with centralized delivery team to help them achieve targets and handle Client Solution on custom development.
• Hold full P&L responsibility Business.
• Responsible for Growth in Revenue, Brand Awareness and Market Reach for Recruitment & Insourcing Services.
• Handling a Team of different functions - i.e. Recruitment & Operations.
• Ensure commitments made in SLA are met up in terms of TAT.
• Set individual Business KRA's to all the team members to define and enhance individual and team performance.
• Providing direction and leadership towards head hunting of senior level Candidates and managing them successfully.
Implementing sales Strategies in the areas like reviewing sales and deliveries, Sales Planning
Fore Casting monthly/Quarterly sales Targets and Executing them in given time frame to enhance the Realization
Developing and appointing new business partners to expand the Market of Services.
Working closely with existing clients. Prospective clients and to analyze the market Trends and to assess the competitors share/Role in market.
Team Management: Training and monitoring the performance of Team Members to ensure efficiency in Delivery.
Conducting Meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing and streamlining processes to smooth functioning of sales operation Assuring Team Productivity

Presenting Proposals to clients
Making corporate presentations
Recruitment, Performance management of Service Engineers for requirements with different skill Sets of technical and other technologies.
Branding and Market penetration of New launch.
Employee Relations &Performance management.
Imparting training to a team of service engineers on various technologies and making them understand the job cycle and how to differentiate ourselves better in terms of competitor’s performance.
