Provides assistance to technical management in implementing and complying with company safety requirements and in addressing safety/health issues as they arise during maintenance activities.
Organize and Participates in meetings with technical managers and supervisors to advise them of safety requirements that may affect the productivity of the maintenance works carried out.
Provides support and assistance directly to supervisors and mechanics in planning and executing field activities in accordance with the company safety requirements.
Drafts comprehensive project H&S plans, task/mechanic specific safety and health plans, project specific mitigation plans, safety and health awareness training programs, and regulatory reports.
Conducts safety assessments and inspections of maintenance activities to monitor compliance with safety and health requirements.
Proactive and reactive ES&H monitoring, Incident investigation and reporting, Traffic management.

Preparing emergency plans for all the site activities
Assesses risk factors to identify potential hazards and provide remedial measures in the construction site.
Monitors safety, environment standards and compliance with regulations.
Performs New-Hire Orientation training. Provide training to employees on relevant HSE regulations and Company
programs.
Communicates HSE related information to the workforce on a timely basis.
Monitors Heavy, Medium and Critical lifting in compliance.
Reviews the contractor’s safety plan and monitor compliance with the plan.
Ensures Safe erection and dismantling of scaffolds.
Monitors daily STAART conducted by site engineers.
Participates in the Safety Gap Analysis with the Client and ensures the findings are strategically implemented.
Assists in the planning of rescue procedure for confined space activities and ensure its implementation.
Executes environmental management processes such as chemicals and waste management and pollution prevention.
Conducts periodical safety audits at work sites and office to identify deficiencies and checks compliance of safety
regulations, recording, reporting and documentation of all HSE activities.
Verifies that all project personnel are fully conversant with specific HSE project execution plan for Construction and
Commissioning.
Ensures that proper blocking and support procedures to prevent movement of the boom sections are implemented
when dismantling cranes
Ensures that all workers assigned to dismantle or assist in dismantling cranes are familiar with correct procedures
and can recognize the hazards of improper dismantling sequences.
Ensures safe working procedures for the installation for the Clean Agent system.
