Involved in conducting UTM, Statutory Surveys and all NDT surveys for the IACS classification
society for Vessels including tankers, general cargos, containers, supply vessels, tugs and
barges etc. MPI, LPT, Vacuum Box, Chain Calibration Testing and Reporting
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct all the required NDT jobs as per requirement.
* Evaluate the inquiries and conduct the required jobs as per the class requirements and
owner’s instructions.
* Liaisons with classification surveyors, clients and ship owners by providing support and
information
* Identifying and implementing systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work
processes.
* Organizing and coordinating projects.
* Ultrasonic Thickness gauging & UT Scanning
* MPI, LPT, Vacuum Box, Chain Calibration Testing and Reporting
* Preparation of UTM Reports as per the class (IACS) requirement.
* Making AutoCAD drawing and software’s.
* Team Leading.
* Collecting the required data’s from onboard.
* Other responsibilities assigned by the Technical Manager
Coordinator for Crew Certification Department
Checking the flag state requirements for crews including ratings, officers, masters etc.
Processing CDC, COC and endorsement for the Flag Panama, Belize, Liberia, Bahamas, Cyprus
and Honduras

* Organizing sales visits and maintain relation with the clients.
* Attending inquiries from clients
* Preparing Quotation for the job
* Preparing documents as per flag requirements for processing CDC, COC and endorsement
* Checking the flag state requirements for crews.
* Processing CDC, COC and endorsement for the Flag Panama, Belize, Liberia, Bahamas,
Cyprus and
