Leading the corporate finance team of QEC Holding Co., managing a real estate portfolio of over USD 5 billion, spread across globe. Managing development of financial models, performing due diligence, preparing feasibility studies risk assessment, viability studies and investment memorandums for numerous transactions.
Originate and evaluate private equity investment opportunities, execute acquisitions involving due-diligence, valuation of companies, structuring transactions, contract negotiating, master planning and finalizing legal agreements.
Managing diverse real estate portfolio of real estate funds, residential, commercial office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and entertainment assets, along with industrial projects.
Rich extensive experience in managing the entire project life cycle from conceptualization to financial close and dues collection.
Identification and development of joint ventures, mergers, acquisition and shared ownership opportunities for new operations and investments.
Liaison with external advisor, consultants, bankers, investors, shareholders, JV partners, Governmental agencies, and lawyers.

involved in preparing the deal structure, private placement memorandum and negotiation for partnership with UK
operators.
Lead the successful acquisition of a Food & Beverage company in Sultanate of Oman.
Actively involved in arranging debt finance for mixed use residential real estate project in Salalah, Oman.
Established a Joint Venture with a facilities management and project management services provider.
Established a Joint Venture with a group from Singapore specializing in marketing and project launch of real estate
services.
Performed analytical on acquisition opportunities in the field of Hospitality and health care sector.
Spearheaded feasibility studies/due diligence and valuation of several investment opportunities.
Valuation and financial modelling:
Participated in the execution of several valuation and transaction evaluation engagements, compilation of private placement memorandums, feasibility & other commercial reports, corporate financial advisory services in the real estate, financial services, logistics and retail stores.
Due diligence:
Actively participated in production of comprehensive reports, identifying “key findings” and recommendations focused on providing value-added insights for valuation, transaction structuring, share purchase agreements, negotiation, and post-merger/acquisition transition planning.
Coordinated and led, planning, execution of audit, and assurance assignments, of several reputed organizations with Indian business environment. Facilitated efforts to develop comprehensive understanding of client’s business, designed audit strategy based on the assessment of key commercial and operational risks, and supervised team in execution of audit strategy involving analytical and substantive procedures.
