o Spear heading all marketing activities for brands within the Footwear & Apparel Category such as Skechers, Crocs, Athlete’s Co, Hush Puppies, Havaianas, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Aeropostale
o Franchise Brands management with the knowledge of cultural sensitivities, local marketing regulations and key marketing in the following territories - UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman
o Develop and Execute effective performance-based marketing strategies for seasonal launches, annual sales, festive periods, etc. Execute brand and store launch events within the UAE
o Handling brand / campaign marketing budgets vs the sales targets
o Diligently planned & executed the Back-to-school campaigns for Skechers & Athlete’s Co. Overachieving the sales target across GCC, keeping the marketing budget to a minimal 3% of sales projected, with a growth in revenue by 12-15%
o Digital dominance for the given brands in order to maximize reach, generate leads and assist with potential conversions o Brief agencies and other external suppliers (DED, DTCM, suppliers) on every marketing related requirement and negotiate price points
o Work closely with brand managers to assist with market study and monitor sales, to strategize marketing activities to boost the same
o Responsible for managing and developing a team of 2 executives, working on media & day-to-day operations, for the brands under our portfolio o Analyzing regional insights regarding local trends, market dynamics, and future product requirements, to shape and define the strategy across markets o Strategizing launch plans, planning and executing ROI based digital marketing campaigns to facilitate conversions o In-depth involvement in the digital campaigns, across all regions, to ensure brand re-call, drive to store/E-commerce campaigns and lead generation o Worked with platforms like Magento & Jira to streamline E-commerce functionality
o Analyzing data from Google Analytics to track the sales, conversions, traffic, bounce & sessions rate, etc. to improve the performance on a marketing & product/inventory level
o Running social, digital & assisting programmatic media campaigns for our Ecommerce platforms o Planning and executing CSR led campaigns / activations within GCC. Skechers Box activation executed in KSA & Qatar, with over 5, 000 pairs of shoes donated to the children in need across the regions
