We make synthetic Crude from Natural Gas by using Fischer-Tropsch GTL process: then hyrocracked that Synthetic Crude in to Lighter Products.

ETHANE, PROPEN, LPG, NAPHTHA, LIGHT DETERGENT FEEDSTOCK, KEROSENE, GTL DIESEL, BASE OIL.

I have worked with Indian Oil Corporation limited in VGO HYDROCRACKER (3.2% Sulphur) unit and have taken active participation in precommissioning, commissioning and start up of hydrocracking unit.

This is one of the fortune 500 companies in the world & India’s largest oil company with capacity of 41 MMTPA. IOCL is the India’s largest oil sector having 07 refineries across India.

Worked in VGO HYDROCRACKER (3.2% Sulphur) unit of capacity 1.7 MMTPA of 97 % conversion. The Licensor of this unit is UOP.

This unit consists of two reactors, one of Hydrotreating and the other is of Hydrocracking. The operating pressure of this unit is 172 Kg/cm2. Vacuum gas oil being the feed is hydro treated and then cracked in Hydrogen atmosphere.

Cracked products: - LPG, LIGHT NAPHTHA, HEAVY NAPHTHA, KEROSENE/ATF and DIESEL.

Panel Operator
In N.C.P.L I have worked asDCS Panel Operator(Honeywell/Yokogawa)

Cryogenic distillation for Carbon Monoxide (CO) from Tail gas containing Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Argon (Ar), Nitrogen (N2) and Carbon monoxide (CO). Cold Box technology supplier is LINDE Germany.

300 tons liquid Chlorine(CL2) transferring from Chlorine toners to
Liquid Chlorine storage Bullets.

Chlorine (CL2) Evaporator: It converts liquid Chlorine in to Gas form as per process requirement.

Phosgene (COCL2) production plant: as per process requirement.(No storage)
