MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
• Created an integrated strategy using Google AdWords, Craigslist, Rent.com and other online property listing/marketing sites we generated between 50% - 75% additional leads for multiple properties in our portfolio. This resulted in occupancy increasing to above 90% within 3-6 months of using our demand generation platform.
• Based on client requirements we built a lead generation strategy that involved setting appointments, increasing website traffic using SEO, PPC & Email Marketing techniques. All these activities combined resulted in generating 45 sales qualified leads per month, with an estimated sales value of $30, 000.
• Successfully managed operations of a sales acceleration & inside sales automation team consisting of 76 employees, delivering a minimum of 10, 000 sales conversation leads each month.
• Designed an email marketing campaign for sending Personalized & Mass mails to prospective customers across USA, Canada, Mexico & APAC region. Campaign open rate was 48% for personalized emails and 23% for bulk emails. Resulting to monthly inquiries of 5% (120 inquiries personalized emails) and 3% (50 inquiries from bulk emails).
