SKILLS
• Directly involving & Supervise the Assignment of Fleets & Customer Requirements.
• Manage Dispatchers, Tally Clerks, Ground Staff (Operators of the FORK LIFTS & Labors) and Mechanics as well as Large number of Drivers. Always monitor their performances & Guide them. Once the New Staff arrives, educate them about the procedures & giving excellent Training to enable the Company to get maximum output.
• In case of employees not adhering the instructions / miss behaviors / absentees / poor outputs, discuss & understand their difficulties. Giving solutions. Finally taking disciplinary steps.
• Inspect the Fleet, keep records on Repairs & scheduling them for on time PERIODIC MAINTENANCE.
• Have good experience in scheduling to picking up the SHIPMENTS & deliver them to the correct Location on time.
• I have excellent Relationships with the Customers. Communicate & attending their requirement without disappointing them. Always satisfy them by providing prompt service.
• I have ability to identify the operational difficulties instantly & resolving them to enable smooth operation.
• Every Week, meet the Area Manager & National Operation Manager to discuss the progress, Failures & the difficulties faced during the week & notify them the Solutions & remedies made / done to resolve the issues. Also, meet all the staff once a month to discuss their difficulties & notify their failures / Issues. Making arrangements not to repeat the same failures / Issues.
• Present Company use SAP system for every function & procedures. I have Excellent knowledge in all operational applications such as Collections & deliveries with electronic devices (recording & getting acknowledgements on I pads) Extracting & updating the SYSTEM, Fleet all records uploading / Verifying etc.
• I have excellent knowledge in GPS Tracking.
Work Experience
Previous - from July 1980 to June 2008
1. I managed & directly attended the administrative functions of 365 Employees
2. Maintenance as well as the functions of Vehicle Registering, Transferring, Insuring, Licensing, Obtaining of Fitness Certificates (similar to MVPI) and claiming for damages of them from the Insurance, Obtain of Route Permits etc.
3. Purchase of Fuel stocks (Petrol & Diesel)
4. Coordinate with the firms & Agents which supply VEHICLES
6. Purchasing spare parts by calling quotations & verifying Rates & Brands etc.
7. Preparing reports such as annual reports, budget reports, vehicle maintenance reports, fuel consumption reports etc.
In SAUDI ARABIA - from July 2008 up to August 2010.
Joined the Saudi Bulk Transport Ltd, (Leading Logistics Firm in Saudi Arabia) - Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, subsidiary of XENEL Group, with effect from 1st July 2008, and assume the duties of the Eastern Operations Supervisor.
Lead the Team of Drivers, Mechanics, Dispatchers & Tally Clerks related to Distribute of CEMENT, SILICA, GYPSAM, LIME etc. by BULKS.
Operations, utilize Company own modern fleet of vehicles. Mostly VOLVO Tractor Heads & Briab 35 M3, Alkadi 27 M3 Bulks.
(1) I have excellent knowledge in handling & operations of BULK Material distributions.
(2) Directly involved to obtain CEMENT & other Materials from FACTORIES & deliver to Construction Companies, Chemical Factories, Ready Mix & Block Factories on time.

At present I’m directly involved scheduling the Vehicles for periodic maintenance - OIL change & Service, Break Checkups, TYRE Changes etc. For this purpose this Company maintain Workshop & I’m directly involved the supervision of Mechanics. I’m coordinating when purchase spare parts & coordinate with the Vehicle Agents when receiving new Vehicles on behalf of the Company, Warranty Services & Repairs etc. Also I’m involved handling hired transporter matters.
(3) I have very good knowledge & experience in taking decisions & making solutions in case of Vehicle Accidents, Breakdowns, Customer additional requirement fulfilling, Order cancellation etc.
(4) I have experience in update all information to the Station Manage, Operations Manager & coordinate with all departments to keep smooth operation. Also I have experience in preparing Progress Reports, Sales Reports, Delivery Summaries, Budget Reports, etc.
(5) This Company also uses the GPS Tracking System to provide excellent punctual service to all the Customers. I’m responsible to monitor the JEDDAH sector GPS TRACKING.

I have excellent knowledge in Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista WINDOWS 7 & 8 operating Systems.
Also have experience & very good knowledge in work with MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.), Adobe, & some other Graphic Packages.
