a)My Job as a Senior Pharmacist to maintain stock, to check the Expiry dates and return near expiry medicines to vendor, to do the Billing jobs related to customer and distributer,
To procured the emergency medicine if required, to maintain the ROL \[re-order-level\]
Of the pharmacy as per the consumption of medicines, to prepare PO & GRN of the medicines and also to make entry of the medicines in the system, Dispensing medicines surgicals and device to out patient as well as in-patient
Handling stores activity, maintaining stock level as per on hand stocks, procure arrange
And issue medicine in bulk or as per requirement to chronic patient who require on
Emergency basisDevelop relationship with customer by providing best services to them and vendor development
B) To procure medicines if required for a chronic patient on emergency basis.Kept record and updated status and license as per FDA Compliance, Regularization of
PURCHASE ORDER and Rate contracts from particular company.
C)To handle purchases of medicines, to negotiate with the different companies, to get good discount with the distributors, to maintain the ROL of the pharmacy, to maintain the inventory level as per instructed in the MCM meeting, to take care of PO & GRN, streamlined all the pharmacy dept which was in totally mess to return the expiry medicines distributor and manufacturer wise, flexibility, ability, payment terms etc. medicines which is not available in the pharmacy dept, to keep in touch with companies person to know the market strategy and what are the new brands available in the market, also to maintain the spirit record and keep the spirit in the safe location, as per PHARMACY MANUAL& SOP.
