- Responsible to the Director of Flight Operations as outlined in the company Operations manual.
- Liaise with GCAA for any approval and licensing requirements of the crew and company as a whole.
- Planning and processing of crew / client request in accordance with statutory requirements and company policy.
- Maintaining the flight records.
- Coordinate between Training, Quality and other departments to standardize and cross reference all operations manuals and procedures/policies within the Operations Publications and ensure that documentation meets regulatory standards and comply with the General Civil Aviation Authority regulatory standards
- Revision of manuals based on Regulatory Authority requirements.
- Responsible for disseminating the Jepp updates to the crew. Ensure that they are controlled.
- Maintain the crew records such as leaves and day offs which is in line to the regulatory standard.
Responsible for providing administrative support to Flt Ops Management, primarily by providing accurate data & information, and working as a liaison between Flight Crew and Flt Ops Management.
- Setting goals and managing performance in an efficient manner ensuring that the objectives set
by Flight Operations Management are completed in timely manner.
- Ensuring that the highest level of productivity and optimal resource utilization are achieved without compromising on quality and compliance with regulatory policies.
- Contribute to the Operations Administration Manual, ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are documented & updated as and when required while also maintaining an updated library of Flight Operations Manuals.
- Maintain a database of all flight training records as per GCAA requirement and compliance to
procedures, ensuring that they are up to date, error free and available for inspection at any given time.
- Responsible for ensuring all administrative functions related to New joining pilots, training,
licensing and existing pilots are carried out efficiently.
- Responsible for forward planning and rostering all crew training activities including initial, recurrent, new intake and upgrade/transfers. Monitor the utilization of simulator and training resources and ensuring all training is rostered in accordance with regulations and company policy
- Primarily performing the secretarial and administrative duty to the General Manager.
- Provided support to senior executives such as Production, Sales and Finance Managers.
- Prepared various reports such as Daily Production, Daily Sales, Monthly Diesel Consumption, and Monthly Production Reports.
- Prepared monthly salaries of 140 employees of the company.
