Organizing all guest arrivals/departures. Prepare personalized amenities for each guest arriving to the club lounge. Coordinate all client requests at the Club level and arrange either with other departments or outside parties so guest needs are adequately address. Plan internally how to address Client needs and communicate effectively on solving problems. Responsible for maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Handle guest accounts and process payments. Arrange meeting rooms and book restaurants, hotels, flights for guests.
