Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare inspection report, equipment calibration and monitoring of rejections in the in-line process and submit report daily to QA manager. Equipment is always ready to used and after used is clean and well arranged. Suggest new process of inspection for better quality control inspection. Responsible for the implementation of ISO, SASO and other standard in the product Quality inspection. Responsible for testing raw materials, metal composition and other testing. Responsible for Quality Cotrol and Quality Assurance asset and liability and auditing the other department of its system.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise production personnel and ensures the adherence to the quality systems procedure.
2. Creates, documents, development and implements procedures used to assemble, process, test and/or manufacture of the company's products.
3. Coordinates with the other departments regarding the status of product or process.
4. Analyzes, checks, reviews and established improved process to ensure a systematic procedure of producing the desired quality of products.
5. Analyzes and plans for workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow and designed layout of equipment, and workspace for maximum efficiency.
6. Troubleshoots and recommends actions on production concerns.
7. Accomplishes and submits manufacturing and engineering reports.
8. Safe keeps production record and other confidential documents.
9. Documents for ISO 9001:2000 certification for the department
10. Helps in batching and raw materials preparation.
11. Operates or driving forklift during operation or manufacturing.
12. Assist Analysis in monitoring parameter on Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
13. Performs other related functions that maybe assigned by thee
Instruments Handled:Master sizer, Orion pH meter, UV oven, Reactors.
Chemicals Handled:HCl, Ephihydrine, Dimethyl Amine, H2SO4, Flocculants, Modified Starch, and pesticides.
Chemical Engineering is a course that I should proud of that I achieved or earned and learning are continuous. It is a 5 years course in the Philippines and a lot of struggles to go through before earning the Engineer license.
Licensed Chemical Engineer, Authorized to work in any country only is sponsored by the employeer.
