•Recruitment and Selection(End to End)
• Monitor attendance of all Employees
• Manage Company Payroll procedure, compile reports and coordinate with Accounts/Finance department.
• Provide counseling to staff that have performance or work related difficulties.
• Take appropriate action on disciplinary issues in conjunction with Senior Advisor and Legal team.
• Monitor schedules absences such as vacation leaves, business travels, emergencies etc.
• Liaising with Insurance companies for Employee medical insurance
• Ensure accurate Job Descriptions in place and provide assistance in writing appropriate Descriptions
• Give recommendation to Manager for employee increments
• Ensure company employee handbook which outlines company policies and procedures, is up to date and implemented.
• Provide assistance when conducting staff appraisals and performance evaluations
• Organizing staff training sessions, workshops and orientations
• Liaising with training centers both technical and non-technical trainings, to ensure smooth and timely coordination, access for funding and proposals
Employee Filing System
• Ensure effective management of employee details, key documentation and timely renewals, E.g. Passport, Health card, QID, etc.
• Maintaining reports such as Employee Database, Leave management, renewals, documents such as LPO, Internal Memos, Business Letters, Warning Letters, legal documents, joining reports, etc.
• Company Vehicle- maintain records, ensure routine checking, cash vouchers, vehicle log sheets, assign timings to drivers, etc., Monthly vehicle violation report
• Maintain employee work checklist
• Office supplies such as stationary, furniture, IT equipment's, etc. - source, get quotations, approvals and final delivery
• Cash Advance, Exit permits, itinerary approvals
• Attendance report ( Daily, Monthly)
• Vehicle Violation report ( Monthly)
• Recruitment Report ( as and when required)
• Renewals- Passport, RP, Health Card ( Monthly)
