• Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person) for make good relation with them & customer satisfaction so that we can improve our business.
• Preparation and submitting Quotation and if approved prepare agreement for further relation for regular relationship with client.
• Accountable for many types of documents like: Technical proposal, Commercial proposal/quotation, RC Certificate, Material incoming /out-going gate pass.
• Supervision to drivers for collection and making new strategies for effective performance for make them more productive for company growth.
• Regular coordinate with more than 250 client companies (like Sadara, Sabtank Ar-Razi, Maaden, Safco, Hadeed, SATORP, Sabic Gas, Tasnee, Saipem, petrokemya, Saudi Kayan Ibn Zahr ect.) in all over KSA for solution & queries.
• Regular communication with customers for Gate pass, Agreement renewal, clearance from Lab, sampling, Invoice clearance by Finance department etc.
• Issue Certificate to all companies and suppliers of used oil which we collected from them as per Royal commission guideline for RC Audit.
• Waste manifest management.
• Examine all daily used oil collection centers report on daily basic.
• Prepare team performance report and forward to HR department for salary, over time, Bonus & incentive justification.
• Process and report on office expenses/driver expenses.
• Daily collect invoices from centers, companies (client) and other suppliers & prepare final report and get approval from many concerned seniors/departments and submit to Finance department so that they can pay on time.
• Coordinates with other service departments, as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports to Management.
• Report to GM & CEO.
