1) Responsible for overall Production (Factory- Disposable products) and office activities.
2) Ensure Routine maintenance of Injection Mould machines, Blow mould machine, Vacuum formation machine, Aluminum Foil and PVC Cling rewinding machine, Extrusion machine (Ear Bud and Straws), Straw Bending machine, Automatic packing machine, paper products machine etc.
3) Chair the in-house monthly meetings with Sales dept, Production dept, logistics dept, admin & HR dept, accounts dept (Factory) and Purchase dept to review the monthly progress reports.
4) Keep complete control on production.
5) Ensure raw material purchase & stock will be always available on shelf so that production should not get held.
6) Ensure priority will be given to HSE.
7) Reporting to Managing Director time to time about production parameters.
