Managing a service delivery program for one of largest financial institutions in India, with contract value appx. US $ 2 Million.
As a program Manager, I have been successfully driving the team of 20+ people directly responsible for onsite delivery and multiple Individual contributors across various BU with in Oracle to drive customer success.
Some of the Key responsibilities include

•Initiating/creating the engagement model for $2+mil contract Opportunities and service deliverables.
•Aligning the resourcing mechanism in tune with the Engagement starting, including the candidate screening, on-boarding process.
