1. Developed a data model for the NPD team to facilitate accurate and realistic costing of new products
2. Studied the container clearing process for each of the markets and documented them in the SOP
3. Developed a key-word searchable reference database for documenting various issues in the global supply chain of the organization.
4. IBM Cognos BI implementation (Business Champion):
4.1 Development of the Business Planning model in Cognos
4.2 Developed the Costing model in Cognos
4.3 Developed the monthly financial reporting model in Cognos - including Supply Chain related MIS
4.4 Deployment of the above models throughout the business in Africa, India & Dubai
