- Analysed client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews & workshops to completed a major upgrade and transformation project for one of UK & US’s largest app biased taxi firms from conception to completion whilst improving resilience and enabling capabilities for business continuity and disaster recovery, all whilst reducing operational costs by 65%. The project included migration from on-premises to hybrid public/private cloud, removed fixed site dependence for call centre (reducing cost and enabling resilience) upgrading infrastructure environment equating to greater efficiencies and reduced downtime, improved security and reduced running costs, implemented a resilient LAN & WAN solution, migration from legacy to SIP trunking and more (project cost $2.2m).

- Local Authority Govt. & Museum - Collaborated with stakeholder groups across the organisation, managed relationships and negotiated mutually beneficial terms for all stakeholders to secure project with local city council. Migrated away from legacy services helping the organization to fully transform their ICT real estate, replacing end-user devices, infrastructure, software, WAN and telecommunication systems. Migrated the organization to the cloud including the use of Microsoft Office 365. The organization now also benefits from enhanced support, giving them a flexible ICT environment and providing greater resilience and scalability.

- Managed and implemented a cybersecurity solution for a well know $110b global search engines AI division

- Worked with National Health Service (NHS, UK) to understand requirements and deliver services, completing major projects on time and within budget. This led to further wins and expedited our ability to bring services in-house, furthering our managed service capabilities, reducing cost and enabling a consistent level service.

- Acquired new business from a significant billion dollar global account for BT Group that had previously been lost through poor service delivery. Held meetings with executive teams to rebuild trust and introduce our services.
