Preparation and checking of Mechanical design calculation as per ASME SEC VIII DIV I in PVelite software.
Preparation and checking of General Arrangement drawing, Detail Fabrication drawing by using AutoCAD software.
3D modeling of parts for the vessel, steel structure and piping and assembling individual to produce a skid unit package using Pro-E.
Review of supplier’s drawing and mechanical design calculation for filter vessel.
Review of vessel for final inspection at supplier’s site.
Scheduling of designing and drawing workflow of project from draft to final approval.
Coordination with inter-department across the globe to smoothen the project operation.
Preparation of PIDs in AutoCAD and accessories of BOQ/BOM.
Preparation of the drawing for shipping and packaging of unit and lifting and handling procedure for unit.
To study & design the Projects & standard model based on the customer specification / enquiry and to prepare sizing calculation, technical datasheet, estimation & deviation list.
Preparation of mechanical design calculation in PVelite software and Thermal design of heat exchanger in HTRI software.
Preparation of documents as per ASME SEC VIII Div. I for U-stamp jobs for example mechanical design calculation, Detail Fabrication drawing with Bill of material, Weld Map, Design change note, Document transmittal note, Technical delivery condition, Material Requisition etc.
ERP Work, include BOM & Costing, responsible for maintaining item master data of company.
To study & design the Projects based on the customer specification and to prepare mechanical design calculation by PVelite software.
Preparation and checking of GA, Fab., Piping Isometric, Weld Map & Plate layout etc.
