Highlights
•Preparation and presentation of Financial Statement for corporate office as per Indian GAAP.
•Make processes to control day to day transactions. (GIN’s / collection / Payments).
•Developing internal controls system & prepare standard operation procedures (SOP’s) & implement it effectively in the organization (Accounts, purchase, store, inventory).
•Acting as credit controller, reconciliation of debtors & creditors and ensure timely collection and payments.
•Preparing of projected cash flow and ensuring funds management.
•Strictly following the Compliances Calendar VAT, Property Tax, Ecological tax, personal income tax, corporate tax, statistical data filing as per Russian Federation Law.

Pilot is a prominent lead metal manufacturer in India from last 50 years. Pilot manufactured Pure Lead and Lead Alloys ingots with annual capacity of 50000 MT from its Bhiwadi & Pant Nagar Plants. I am looking after:

•Preparation & presentation of consolidated profitability statement & plant wise.
•Presentation of plant data to the management.
•Ensure timely analysis of production log sheet, batch wise costing, production recovery, batch timing & slag and compare actual data with standard data & time and report variances.
•Monthly plant audit covering Production, JW contracts, Safety, Security, HR Compliance & scrap etc.
•Ensure monthly physical inventory verification and report variances and correct in system.
•Liaising with consortium of banks for enhancement of working capital limit and submit projections.
•Liaising with bank for utilization of fund based and non-fund based limits.
•Ensure timely completion data of both plant and bank reconciliations.
•Ensure Import reconciliation and timely booking of export & import rate fluctuation entries.
•Ensure statutory compliances i.e. timely deposit of TDS, GST, PF etc.

•Prepare monthly cash flow statement, coordination between production, sales and finance; collection & payment process to achieve cash flow target.

•Preparation and Presentation of Financial Summary to the Management along with analysis on YOY basis.
•Preparation of monthly Performance Summary with Observations.
•Detailed Analysis of Conversion Cost and Sales review on weekly basis.
•Physical Stock Verification & Valuation of RM, WIP and FGS and variances report to management.
