• Ensure timely analysis of production log sheet, batch wise costing, production recovery, batch timing & slag and compare actual data with standard data & time and report variances.
• Monthly plant audit covering Production, JW contracts, Safety, Security, HR Compliance & scrap etc.
• Ensure monthly physical inventory verification and report variances and correct in system.
• Liaising with consortium of banks for enhancement of working capital limit and submit projections.
• Liaising with bank for utilization of fund based and non-fund based limits.
• Ensure timely completion data of both plant and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure Import reconciliation and timely booking of export & import rate fluctuation entries.
• Ensure statutory compliances i.e. timely deposit of TDS, GST, PF etc.
• Presentation of Financial profitability statement.
• Streamline all the financial activities and making processes for all Finance & Accounts;
• Prepare monthly cash flow statement, coordination between production, sales and finance; collection & payment process to achieve cash flow target.
• Liaising with banks for utilization of fund based and non-fund base limit.
• Develop process of physical inventory verification on monthly basis.

1. Accounts Responsibilities :
Preparation and Presentation of Financial Statement as per Indian Accounting Standards & Laws along with analysis on YOY basis.
Preparation of Monthly MIS with Observations.
Preparation & Analysis of conversion cost and Sales review on weekly basis.
Tracking & Monitoring of Collections, Orders and Dispatches on regular basis.
Control over Debtors and regular follow up with concern sales person.
Physical Stock Verification & Valuation of RM, WIP and FGS and variances report to management.
Ensuring timely reconciliation of banks, excise, debtors & creditors.
Establishing & Developing Internal control function & procedures for accounts & finance function.
Motivate the team members to take ownership of their work.
2. Finance Responsibilities:
Preparation & Implementation of budgetary control system and its subsequent analysis.
Preparation of daily & monthly cash flow statements for ensuring timely payments.
Liaising with banks for utilisation of funds and non-funds based facilities and ensuring the compliances.
Top line & Bottom Line Analysis.
Ratio and Working Capital Analysis.

Interaction with Internal, Statutory and Cost Auditors and ensure timely completion of Audits.
Handling issues related to Transfer Pricing Audit and commercial.

Streamline ERP system and continuous improvement with the help of IT team.
Preparation and presentation of Annual Financial Statement as per IFRS and Indian Companies Act 1956.
Presentation of monthly & quarterly MIS to the management
Ensuring timely reconciliation of payroll, banks, debtors & creditors.
Preparing periodical cash flow & fund flow statements for monitoring the flow of working capital.
Liaising with banks for funds and non-funds based facilities like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Trust Receipt, OD and management thereof.
Liaising with internal & statutory auditors for planning and completion of audit in schedule time.
Liaising and meeting with external parties’ viz. customers, suppliers, insurance company, etc.
Negotiation with insurance company for premium claims on various losses to property, stock, consequential losses and medical policies.
Credit Insurance on various debtors and decide the payment terms.
Finalisation of Account as per Indian Accounting Standards and applicable prevailing laws.
Preparation and presentation of CMA data/ projection to banks & financial institution for additional working capital requirement
Preparing periodical cash flow & fund flow statements for monitoring the flow of working capital.
Liaising with banks for fund based facilities cash credit limits, term loan.
