•Job description involves leading and giving support to all activities related to Budgeting of all functions as per the Company Objectives at Plant level.
•To lead and achieve various Capex Projects as required to achieve the Company Objectives.
•To lead and achieve Quality, EHS, CSR Targets as per the Plan.
•Maintain and control per Unit cost of production per site.
•Overall responsibility of building peoples capability in the Team.
•Overall achieve and maintain robust systems in Operations

JOB PROFILE :

•Overall in charge of all Project activities concerned with Mumbai Plant.
•To ensure timely completion of all permits & permission required for the Project.
•Responsible for all regulatory work concerned with regulatory authorities like MIDC, MPCB, MSEB & labor Department.
•Presently involved in finalizing various vendors & contractors for the Project work.
•Review & sanctions of necessary resources.
•Core Team Member for other Projects like IT - SAP, Chennai Project & Delhi Project.
•Responsible for assignments in supply chain department for alternate sourcing & market study on Bitumen & Oils.

Manager - Production & Planning

JOB PROFILE :

•Overall in charge of all Plant functions.
•Ensure discipline is maintained.
•Approval for recruitment related to factory.
•Co-ordination of training activities.
•Approval for new modifications to existing facilities.
•Review & sanctions of necessary resources.
•Interface with Marketing for delivery schedules.
•Communicate roles & responsibilities to concerned persons within the dept.
•Set & review department objectives for continual improvement.
•Preparation of production Plans.
•Ensure availability of all resources required for production processes.
•Review production output on a regular basis & arrange for appropriate actions if required.
•Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, reactor performance, efficiency, yield, material consumption etc.

•Approving dispatch schedules for Export consignments in accordance with Sales.
•Evaluation of job work service performance & yield.
•Review PM plan with maintenance & confirm availability of equipments.

•Initiate corrective/preventive actions for handling of non conformities during process/product.

•To ensure proper documentation, establishment, implementation & maintenance of QMS.
•Regular report to Dir on the performance of the QS and the corrective / preventive actions / taken proposed for continual improvements.
•Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization through constant interaction during management review meetings.
•Responsible for liaison with authorities such as certification agencies, auditors, consultants etc.
•To conduct management review meetings once 3 months to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the QS.

•Operation & maintenance of fluidized Spray Drying system to achieve material in grain form on continuous basis.


6.) NOCIL - Apprentice Technician (PVC Plant)

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Worked in units concerned with P.V.C. production
•Worked on PLC’s & DCS control schemes. Have handled & worked on pneumatic, electronic instrumentations for controlling different parameters in continuous Process Plant
•Worked on different types of Distillation Columns, Multistage Compressors, Pumps, Reactors & Spray Dryers

•Participated in SAFETY AWARENESS PROGRAMMES & have won prizes in Safety Quiz & Safety Model contest conducted by the Company ( IDI ltd)
