I work as a Manager for SAP Consulting business.
I work with Customers for implementation of S/4HANA system to transform their existing ERP landscape to high performance platform.
• Liaison with Client Manager to take over the specified Projects Supply Chain Logistics.
• Work with Client team to prepare BRD and prioritized backlog through FIT-GAP workshops.
• Create FS, coordinate with Tech team for TS and get the documents approved.
• Implement the baseline configs and custom developments.
• Unit testing, Integration Testing, assistance for UAT & coordination for RT & PT.
• Go-live, warranty support & hand-over to support team
• Leading Supply Chain stream for SAP implementation project for a car manufacturer for Mercedes/ Daimler, Lamborghini, etc.
• Activities here are Business meetings to define the scope of the projects (Agile)
• Blueprinting (BBP) the current processes from legacy (Oracle) system.
• Writing Functional specifications (FS), test scripts, preparation of end user training manuals etc.
• Performing Unit testing (UT), smoke testing, stress testing and providing support for User acceptance testing (UAT).
• Implementation of SAP baseline config. and custom code development.
• Master data setting up via LSMW, transactional data etc.
• Integration set-up via idoc and file integrations.
• Coordination for weekly follow-up meetings with clients.
- Implementation and Roll-out projects taking into consideration the SAP best practices roadmaps.
- Creating Business Functional Specification documents.
- Implementing Interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- Managing Maintenance activities in SD and MM modules.

Worked separately with Materials Dept. to co-ordinate Purchases and Negotiations. Worked with ERP team for making project data entries in ERP system and coordinating ERP errors.
