Involved in technical and commercial discussions for the management, helping to achieve world class product at affordable price. Also tracking break down calls, repairs and maintenance of all critical and non-critical equipment’s. Records for PM, LAMC, CMC, break down history, warranty and check-list for all equipment’s in various departments. Active tracking of all medical devices through Hospital Information System-Equipment Management
Responsibilities: To demonstrate, sell and servicing of all Cardiology Medical equipments for one of the leading corporate company GE Healthcare. Coordinating with existing corporate clients, dealers and vendors for sales, queries and requirements. Providing demonstrations for ECHO scanning machines for corporate and individual clients. Giving demo to prospect clients and solving all their queries related to product and company. Converting prospect into customers. Responsible for increasing the market cover of the company and awareness about the product. Doing market research for the new product and for the requirements of the clients. Taking feedback of our product from the customer. Travelling as per the requirements of sales. Organizing events to maintain a good relationship with the customers. Making daily, weekly and monthly reports. Attending weekly and monthly meeting representing our territory. Handling the team of 4 sales specialist. Providing training to the team. Motivating the team in achieving monthly and yearly target. Doing analysis about the competitor’s product, costs and market share. Discussing the competitor’s status with the senior management.

Responsibilities: Worked as on off-roll basis under the GE Healthcare Pvt. Ltd dealer. Responding to customer calls for evaluating and solving problems for all Cardiology & Anesthesia products. Supervising the technicians & assisting them with the installation of equipment. Conducted training sessions for doctors on the product and services of the organization. Maintenance of the equipment & products. Preparing the service reports of the customers. Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to assist in the increase of sales.
Responsibilities: Maintenance and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment's clinically as well as technically. Handling & operational activities of installing biomedical equipment's. Provide training to new nursing staff on medical equipment's installed in ICU. Maintain the documentation for biomedical equipment's. Updating the inventory of all types of medical equipment's installed in the hospital. Coordination with service personnel of various medical equipment companies. Follow up the preventive maintenance schedule and calibration schedule for medical equipment's. To follow up with the vendors for any breakdown under annual maintenance contract. Meet with in charges of critical care departments on daily basis. Responsible for procurement and installation of over 250 medical equipment's. Oversee the functioning of the equipment's and keep downtime to minimum. Design database for medical equipment's in MS Excel. Lakshmi Hospital operating system facilitator to streamline the nonclinical processes for departments such as ER, ICU, Cardiology and Radiology.
