• Collaborate with Business Development (BD) to discern client's business needs, assisting in documenting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in coordination with the presales team.
• Facilitate the change control process and provide support to clients during post-go-live activities.
• Take charge of gathering client requirements (URS), ensuring clarity and coherence in documentation. Consolidate, analyze, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with clients, preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and proposals for client approval, organizing mock-ups, and kick-off meetings as necessary.
• Actively participate in daily meetings with product managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to elicit requirements effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MOM) documenting project-related discussions during client meetings and telephonic conversations, ensuring dissemination to all stakeholders.
• Engage in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to project progress and alignment with goals.
• Monitor the ticketing system for managing release management and infrastructure Change Requests (CRs).
• Configure Interactive Web Response System (IWRS) according to study designs by reviewing protocols.
• Develop and maintain all necessary documentation, including specifications, coding, and validation efforts to support Electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), database creation, coding setup, import/export processes, listings, and custom reports.
• Derive Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)/Interactive Response Technology (IRT) requirements from clinical protocols, creating and reviewing User Requirements Specifications (URS) accordingly.
• Execute assigned activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifications related to requirements.
• Collaborate with software development and testing teams to design and implement robust solutions meeting client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Assist with story definition, estimating, and sequencing, coordinating benefit design, configuration, and implementation efforts.
• Establish test environments for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from business customers.
• Analyze findings from Quality Control (QC) and UAT, making necessary updates.
• Monitor production of recently migrated components.
• Validate requirements against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on stakeholder signed-off story documentation.
• Develop and deploy plans, reports, validation procedures, and entry processes for data management requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft SharePoint as a web-based Content Management System and Document/Project Management tool.
