Worked as a focal point for all shipping request as per issued purchase orders and arrange movement through Air/Sea/Land mode.
Take control of complete shipment cycle liaising with all internal and external stakeholders and send daily reports to client on the status of all shipments.
Share competitive quotes to all modes of transport as per weight breakage and shipment urgency.
Arrange all documents and permits required for movement and process BOE and apply COO.
Regular communication with assigned customers to discuss service excellence, operational performance and any outstanding issues.
Support management in preparation and participation during business review meetings as required.
Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service
specifications and transit time targets.
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation
Check documentation to determine cargo contents.
Directing delivery trucks to designated ramp and monitor loading and offloading Cargo
Prepare airwaybill and hand over to brokers /walk-in customers.
Share cargo rates as requested and make sure rates are competitive with other airlines.
Monitor operations of cargo agents assigned in x-ray/loading area/ramp/cargo
acceptance area asper allocated duty.
