• To provide a welcome service to our passengers at Check in, and at other customerservice touch points and to assist in smoothing the customer journey through the airport
● To problem solve on site issues which impact on customer experience at Dubai Airport
● Attend mandatory Staff Meetings and Staff Training Sessions.
● To take service recovery measures when appropriate to protect the customer experience.
● Assist customers during flight irregularities, coordinating communication with affected passengers to ensure passenger experience remains positive.
● Helping customers to reach the immigration area for the exit.
● Help transit customers towards the departure area.
● To act as liaison for special handling requests and coordination during flight irregularity.
