• Managing 8 outlets in Kuwait, 4 outlets in KSA, 2 outlets in Qatar plus food truck and catering service.
• Responsible for 112 staff members (Recruiting staff, transportation, accommodation, managers and drivers schedule, staff rotation)
• Visiting Franchises KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to manage all F&B operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. And conducting training on the team and meeting with the owners for the business progression.
• Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and HR/Payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and under company policies and procedures.
• Developing a budget for food and beverage operations, including labor costs, equipment purchases, and supplies required to run the department effectively.
• Manage 5 Outlets at the same time.
• Responsible for 45 staff members (staff meals, transportation, managers and drivers schedule,
staff rotation)
• Supervise Restaurant Managers and mentor them on continuous basis.
• Evaluate people and processes & ensure innovation is on the top priorities to progress and
increase revenues.
• Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, providing hands- on training and mentoring to individuals with lagging skills.
• Responded to and resolved customer questions and concerns.
• Established effective employee schedules and delegated tasks to take advantage of

• Completed store opening and closing procedures, including setting up registers and checking products.
