Project coordination between project office, site and the client.
• Team management including day to day work allocation, setting up KPI’s
and periodic performance reviews.
• Inventory management including procurement of raw material from
local as well as international markets of Italy and Turkey.
• Allocation of machineries.
• Coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
• Subcontracting with different service provides for cable laying
equipment.
• Time sheet management for 100+ employees including overtime
calculations for payroll inputs.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to record
work progress, material and design submissions.
• Coordinating with the client for getting approval of designs and
technical documentation for submitting further for final approval.
• Attending client review and coordination meetings with DEWA and
preparing MOM.
• Manage correspondence between DEWA offices & project managers
through emails/calls.
• Obtaining various site permits like holiday permits, hot work,
overtime/night permits from clients/officials. Getting approvals from
DEWA for DTS & MTS submission.
• Site visits to check and verify work completion.
• Arranging travel facilities, mission visas and hotel arrangements for
labors.
• Conflict management and build relationships.
• Quality control and management with Quality team adhering to the
quality standards.
• Preparation of progress measurement for invoicing and generating
invoices to clients.
• Coordination with manufacturers for purchase orders, manufacturing
clearance, factory tests, dispatch clearance, logistics & delivery.

Public library building.
Civil building, Mini civil station.
Villa constructions.
• Design drawings using CAD and consult with engineering and
manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible.
• Assist in calculating cost estimates for final product designs, and release
reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery
and overhead.
• Attend weekly team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain
updates on colleagues’ progress, strategize on steps for following week
and acquire information about projected emerging product lines.
