•Conceptualizing & developing project related operational policies, SOW & processes such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Weightage of each WBS, Baseline Schedule, Overall and Discipline wise “S” Curves; designing and implementing company’s long-term strategy
•Analyzing P&L, Invoicing, Progress, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Risk Management, EHS, Quality of the projects
•Managing the projects and ensuring they are completed in the preset time & budget guidelines
•Analyzing and reducing the baseline risk through primavera risk analysis software with all logical analysis required .
•Developing the master plan with resource requirement for entire projects of the company through Progress Measurement System (Automated System in Excel), Engineering Drawing Deliverables Control Register (EDDR/TDR), Procurement and Manufacturing Status and Delivery Log, Construction PMS, Manpower Histogram, Manpower Loading, Resource/Commodity Loading
•Conducting Schedule & Cost Variance analysis, Schedule & Cost Performance Index which includes earned value, analyzing trends and prepared forecast for review with Project Control Manager and Management.
•Supervising resource allocation for fabrication & installation; preparing master schedule based on manpower efficiency and capacity
•Establishing cost estimates and performing rate analysis for extra items; preparing cost comparative statement for contractors; calculating details of quantities for all items, & preparing material request
•Performing functions related to activity breakdown, scheduling activities, following-up the activities & updating progress, rescheduling activities based on constraints
•Developing Level1/2/3 schedules for the Proposal/Bidding stages of projects as per the client requirements
•Maintaining excellent relations with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions, also coordinating with Consultant Engineer, Departments & Supervisors for daily work progress
•Organizing Delay Analysis Register (Risk Register) as per the actual implementation of Extension of Time (EOT), Baseline recovery, Action Plan, Mitigation Plan, Catchup Plan and Modification as per client requirements and with respect to the contract by laws
•Scheduling level 2/3 /4/5 EPC to monitor estimate of the project time span and macro level Criticalities based on DCMA14 point schedule assessment, updating and maintaining all level schedule and furnish critical path analysis
•Preparing and submitting monthly invoices as per the contract requirements and analysis of deviations and trends against budgets and schedules, investigation of causes and recommendations for resolution
•Liaise with the estimating/Project Engineers/Lead discilpne Engineer/Construction Engineer, Client and others as appropriate to identify and quantify project scope.
•Tracking daily achievement of targets, collating data required by senior management on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and generating project progress reports for stakeholders
