• Conducting process audit and product audit (ISO/TS16949)
• Interact with customer at the time of audit and customer visits.
• Always ensuring the billet diameter, material grade, weight, color code.
• Ensuring all dimensions and quality of die before it loaded.
• Approved hourly inspection reports of every part according to control chart
• Implemented SIXSIGMA tool (FMEA) efficiently to reduce and control rejections.
• Always motivated workers to maintain 5S at their work place.
• Working towards zero customer complaints.
• Monthly monitoring internal NG and taking action against the same.
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings and GD&T.
• Inspection and preparation of First Article Inspection (FAI) for development parts.
• Red bin analysis for rejection and rework of the same and taking action against us.
• Involving document preparation NPD and PPAP
