• Oversee AMR/AMI project execution for Energy Domain across all phases of Project. Monitoring workflow and making timeline adjustment as needed.
• Planning projects from beginning to end. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Project monitoring and controlling, client engagement and presenting project status in weekly meeting with various departments of different projects clients.
• Installation and monitor RF -1Ph meter and meter read through RF band in MSEDCL project.
• Installation and monitor 3Ph Embedded meters and download meter data over 4G in MSEDCL.
• Make progress reports and Installation planning reports for client.
• Coordinating with Client for filed issues, downtime and Installation areas in across Maharashtra.
• Managing all field vendors, outsource development activities, selecting suppliers and managing the technical aspects.
• Scheduling and coordinating for electrical works with the electrical engineers, contractors and clients.
• Identifying the issue in project and resolving the same by taking client feedback.
• Maintaining working relationships with vendors and third party providers, ensuring contracts are kept up to date and cost maintenance strategies are assessed and analyzed on a periodic basis.
• Accountable for maintaining Installation & Commissioning report, daily defect and customer complains analysis. Involved in setting and continually managing project expectations with team members. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Day to day planning and monitoring activities of people on site.
• Marketing Study, Implementation and conceptualization of AMR/AMI/SMS/TMS Solutions for new market entry in different power utilities in west region.
• Software demonstrations training of different solution for meter data management software and Hardware.
• New business development by identifying new project and product opportunities and contributing to concept notes and proposals.
• Data interpreting and extracting works based on ongoing and upcoming requirements in various state electricity boards in west region and providing statistics for AMR/AMI/SMS/TMS solution on GPRS and 4G data services.
• Offers communication products for SCADA in energy and water utilities.
• Coordination, documentation and obtaining RF frequency license band from WPC (Wireless planning and coordination wing) for smart meter project in collaboration with XYLEM (Formerly SENSUS).
• Installation and configuration of Smart meter in MDMS and meter read through SENSUS technology via fix RF band in Delhi-BYPL project.
• Presales, initiation and project setup of Haryana-UHBVN & DHBVN O&M AMR project.
• Collaborate with development team to plan project sprints and assuring work quality to ensure optimal progress and product stability for end users.
• Develop Status reports, Cost estimate and resource plans.
• Training and development of team members.
• Manage team of FMS executives spread across in various sub-divisions for all MDAS project
• Coordinating with Client and interacting with ISPs for network link and IT equipment related issue.
• Keep current updates with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
• Evaluating new Smart Metering products or services
• Ensures proper functioning of client MDAS solution with partners

• Responsible for conducting Planning, Installation & Commissioning of AMR (Automatic Meter Reader), Involved in directing Project Management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, budgeting and cost estimates, commissioning and executing the entire Project. Supervising the sub-contractors and vendors to ensure quality delivery of the products and services.
• Skillfully developing and writing project management documentation, e.g. system project plans also leading a project team of engineers, managing suppliers and contractors.
• Hand on experience in Energy Meter Software & Hardware both.
• Actively participating in Client/Contractor meeting and resolve Client/Engineering and management project issues. Ensuring timely submission of reports and documents.

• Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Strategy and management for APDRP and Non APDRP project execution in Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
• Spearheading acceptance and handover of AMR ready towns to utility.
• Day to day planning and monitoring activities of people on site.
• Working with Active Directory System (ADS), DHCP & DNS.
• Server Support for Installation and configuration of Active Directory, Group Policy and DHCP Servers.
• Handling data management, Networking and Security policy of Servers.
