Working as Country Manager Sales, Operations and Businesses Development for Baskin Robbins Saudi Arabia.
Managing a store network of 570+ stores with a team size of 1800 team members.
have opend almost 300+ outlet in last 15 yrs. with various new market with Saudi and Jordon as Country.
successfully launched Delivery Services in Saud8 market in 2013 and opend 3 cake production units in between 2018 to 2021.
As Regional Manager Sales & Operations, my primary role is to plan budget in coordination with Country Manager & achieving the set sales targets & P& L lines, along with business development i.e. new stores opening in existing market & new market openings in the region.
Have opened 50+ Stores in last 6 yrs. & three new markets.
Have opened the first flag ship “Happy design café” of K.S.A. & launch home delivery in region as a pilot project for Baskin Robbins in G.C.C.
Started my journey in Jan -2009 with Baskin Robbins as Territory Manager, With main job responsibility of operating & managing Stores of the region with new store & market development.
This period was a great period where I learned multi-unit operations, site selection, parlour constructions, vendor/ contractor negotiations, supply chain operations, cross functioning with various other departments & managing a team of different nationalities having diverse cultural, social & ethical background.
