•Preparation of daily reports after receiving inputs from site foreman/supervisors and submit to The Managing Director on daily basis.
•Handle correspondence and drafting minutes of meeting after inputs from Production Managers.
•Co-ordinate with various departments on various aspects of day to day functions.
•Handling of incoming & outgoing mail, maintain scanned copy and hard copy, the file it accordingly after distribution.
•Handling of photocopy, fax machines and office stationery supplies
to the Project Manager.
•Administer all activities of project - Handling Stationary & supplies/greeting customers to office/handle invoice and forward to respective department for action.
•Drafting minutes of meeting, manage dairy appointment, take notes, and distribute mails.
•Handle/manage various day to day office expenses - Petty cash and also record office supplies.
•Co-ordinate with various departments on various aspects of day to day functions.
•Record/file employees HR related requests and send for further approval.
•Maintain employee’s and supplier’s database. Handling personnel files of employees. Verification of invoices/Purchase orders and other cash vouchers received from various depts.
•Maintain dairy and appointment schedule, arrange for meetings with customer/clients.
•Maintain high level of confidential information related to company relating to administrative activities and other policy.
