Implementation of Quality plans and Procedure.
Ensure that inspection / testing equipment at site are with valid Calibration Certificates. Inspection of incoming materials as per applicable standard code and preparing Reports. Preparing & Submitting DPR (DAILY PROGRESS REPORT), MPR (MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT)
Coordination & Follow up with vendors for progress report & scheduling. Monitor and maintain control records for welding consumable and welder performance record. Co-ordination with Client inspector for Daily welding activities and for stage inspection. Inspection of pipe fit ups, alignment and visual inspection of all welds during Fabrication and Erection. Carrying out inspection for the weld joint before, during, and after the welding process as per the Quality Control Procedure. Carrying out inspection for the fabrication on structural procedure and after the welding process as per the Quality Control procedures. Undertaking line checking through Isometric drawing. After completion of all documentaries, with the third-party inspector hydro test is executed in the
field. Before the execution of hydro test flushing (cleaning), filling, testing, gauging, is done.
