Troubleshoot defects and manage defect tracking and resolution processes so that a consistent, documented process is used and followed. Maintain well-organized records Regiters. ? Work with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues; conduct post production verification and work closely with IT operations and developers to resolve any outstanding issues. ? Involved in Check point reviews represent Project Team; act as an escalation for any issues on projects

•Responsible for identifying key performance indicators and associated thresholds on the capacity, availability, quality and efficiency of the engineered environments.
•Conducting periodical reviews with relevant stakeholders to get their feedback and improvising the gray zone.
