Handling the corporate clients of the group giving service to them including addition, deletion and replacement of the members health insurance cards, Processing the medical claims request. Taking necessary measures to add the providers for the corporate clients as per there request, coordinate with the medical team to get approval on time for the members for their treatments. Follow up with payment related matters with the clients for the service rendered. Issuing travel insurance for the members want to travel abroad. Ensuring the renewal of corporate members by giving them excellent service. Handled group medical insurance of companies like Saudi Telecom company, Saudi bin laden group

Analyze the entry on a daily basis for the receivable amount in the bank account from customers both domestic and international. Communicate and follow-up with the local and overseas banks to resolve problems related to the payment, doing reconciliation and other daily matters related to bank accounts. Prepare accounts analysis and reconciliation for the accounts receivables related GL Accounts and assists the General ledger section in the preparation of bank accounts details. Organizes department activities (domestically & internationally). Report cash position and cash forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, operations and Revenue Generation of nine retail branches of the group in Mumbai region. Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branches and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services. Providing advisory services to high net-worth customers on funds management by maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.
