Responsibilities:
- Build up good relationship with service provider in the responsible field (i.e. ocean carriers, airlines, master co-loaders as application).
-Negotiate or assist in negotiation with key services providers in order to improve the pricing (cost structure).
-Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales strategy Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company.
-Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Achievements:
-Successfully lead my team of sales and marketing executives in a promotional campaign that resulted in increased sales of $120k within a month.
- Was happy to trained and developed a team of 3 new field sales executives who achieved their monthly sales targets by 70% within their first two months.
-Manage and supervise a team of Cargo sales executive of an assigned sales area to enhance service level and productivity to accommodate for market development and capacity expansion.
