• Management of production and treatment processes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with on-call services

• Expertise in execution of various Structures like Jack wells, pump house, R.C.C Anicut, Water treatment plant, Mater balancing Reservoirs, Staff building.
• Preparations of BOQs, Approval for Management.
• Planning Of Mobilization, Procurements of Materials & Machineries
• Preparations of Project Cost Analysis, program me, budget, cash flow, Monthly progress
• Excellent interaction with the client & Approving Authorities.
• Responsible for quality and performance in accordance with the project time line and budget.
• Follow up work Progress on site as per project schedule and ensure that all works have been performed as per specifications and approved drawings.
• Preparations of BOQs, Approval for Management, Planning Of Mobilization, Procurements of Materials & Machineries.
• Preparations of Project Cost Analysis, program me, budget, cash flow, monthly progress Report, Operation and maintenance of water distribution network at central part of Nagpur.
• Ensuring proper operation of 14 nos. of Elevated Service Reservoirs and Direct Tapings from feeder mains in close cooperation and coordination with production department.
• Monitoring Customer Complaint Management System, monthly review of complaints, analysis and sustenance to Customer Complaint Management compliances.
• Identifying possible scope of improvement of water supply in network areas having less water supply, planning and execution with management’s approval, reducing water supply by tankers into network areas.
• Monitor the quality of water in close cooperation with external/internal resources.
• Control and monitoring of all zone activities and achieving the desired level of quality work with monthly reporting to management.
• Manage Area budget, analyses all operating expenses and generate technical information for appropriate operational decision. Maintain optimum contacts with local elected officials, government agencies, NMC Employees and local civic societies. Handle the team comprising of trainee Engineers, operators, supervisors and contractors for smooth and continuous working of Network. Ensuring at all times that the operatives and contractor’s teams work in compliances with the health and safety instructions.
• Expertise in execution of various Structures like Master Balancing Reservoirs, pump house, Water treatment plant, Elevated Service Reservoirs, Staff buildings (G+3).
• Preparations of BOQs, Approval for Management.
• Planning Of Mobilization, Procurements of Materials & Machineries.
• Project Planning & monitoring with resource scheduling to achieve project objectives on planned Schedules & budget.
• Observe daily, weekly, monthly progress reports with deviations between actual & planned & also bill accordingly, Identify & highlight possible risk on project.
• Responsible for quality and performance in accordance with the project time line and budget.

• Expertise in execution of various Structures Like Elevated Service Reservoirs (30 lakhs lts), Staff buildings (G+3). Preparations of BOQs, Approval for Management.
• Planning Of Mobilization, Procurements of Materials & Machineries.
• Project Planning & monitoring with resource scheduling to achieve project objectives on planned Schedules & budget.
• Observe daily, weekly, monthly progress reports with deviations between actual & planned & also bill accordingly, Identify & highlight possible risk on project.
• Responsible for quality and performance in accordance with the project time line and budget.
• Follow up work Progress on site as per project schedule and ensure that all works have been performed as
per specification and approved drawings.
• Study of Site feasibility for above mentioned projects.
• Expertise in execution of various Structures Like Collage Buildings ( G+3) & Hostel Buildings( G+4). Preparations of BOQs, Approval for Management.

• Project Planning & monitoring with resource scheduling to achieve project objectives on planned Schedules & budget.
