Done preopening of Property from start of setup of area and also updating contents on website and contracting all for new opening property.
Followed detailed task list along with procurement of capital items for hotel front office, Proofreading of stationaries and setting up operational data in PMS .
Daily Tasks :
•Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report Monitor selling status of house daily.
•Ensuring Proper Rate floating on OTA by monitoring competition rates .
•Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees.
•Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
•Maintain an organised and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
•Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Supervising continuous 7 day/week, 24 hour front office operation, night audit and housekeeping
Operations and assigned staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and scheduling work.
• Monitor all front office financial operations, including group billing, verifying rates/discounts, daily
Sales reconciliation, petty cash and room inventory controls.
• Perform daily room and property inspections.
• Taking Care for all brand standards to be followed in proper manner
• Coordinating with other departments regarding VIP Arrivals, Mainly with Housekeeping And Room service
