 Designing of marketing plan as well as promotions as per the requirement; taking into consideration budgets as well as profitability of the events. More emphasis on events as per the trends.
 Personally involves into training Program for all the managers for the Standard Operating Procedures for Operations.
 Conducts Audits for all the departments (self reconciliation) to give time to time feedback to the Top Management.
 Implemented the Vendor management system for efficiently managing the purchases and yield to cost.
