Achievements:-
1. Improved the CO2 yield from 52 % to 68 % & boiler efficiency from 80 % to 88% by improving condensate recovery system, controlling blow down, maximizing operating pressures and developed boiler efficiency monitoring system.
2. Developed Air compressors and Ammonia Refrigeration efficiency monitoring system.
3. In Repair, Breakdown & Scheduled maintenance cost reduction approx.18%/annum & Breakdown Time reduced from 14% to 1% and hence UP time increased by 13%
4. Winner of SME (Subject Matter Expert) award in Northern Region for the year 2005.
