2.Monitoring and review staff and store performance on a regular basis.
3.Driving sales through maximizing team performance.
4.Organizing, preparing and arranging promotional materials and displays.
5.Maximizing sales through effective merchandising.
6.Leading by example in all aspects of the role.
7.Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
8.Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records.
9.Creating a combination of real value for money and outstanding customer service.

My Duties While Working as Relationship Manager-
1.Develop new customer relationships adhering with set guidelines of Relationship Manager Business Development.
2.Direct strategically customer supporting campaign management and marketing operations.

3.Report existing and future brands leveraging centralised relationship database.

4.Interact with customer brand teams and respective agencies to create business objectives.

5.Study and learn marketing strategies and executes streamlined marketing operations solutions throughout agencies along with operational vendors.

6.Perform with technical Lead to convey customer needs, establish priorities and manage internal database performance of delivery resources.

7.Head responsibility to exceed business objectives, customer service satisfaction and account profitability.

8.Attain or exceed objectives for current account revenue and up sell more opportunities to be created from new service and products.

9.Support team adequately to accomplish service needs of client.

10.Develop and maintain relationship with Epsilon team to search customer business needs.
