• Minimize inaccuracies in results by reviewing the test results recorded by lab techs on daily basis to be able to highlight the non-conformities on time.

• Worked in Minaxi Fisheries Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, as Quality Assurance in Charge/ HACCP Team Leader (June 2006 - Oct-2007)
• Quality system monitoring for Food processing and export Industries, Quality Assurance In Charge/ HACCP Team leader of the company (Minaxi Fisheries Pvt Ltd, Mumbai) .
• Bacteriology- Culture, Enumeration, and Identification of total and pathogenic strains, HACCP implementation and monitoring, IPQC, Employee health check/training, finished product inspection, Documentation etc.
• Training undergone- ‘HACCP Auditing’ by MPEDA.

• Worked in UniRoyal Marine Exports Ltd. Company, Calicut, as Quality Controller/ Microbiologist. ( May 2005- May 2006)
HACCP implementation and monitoring, IPQC, Employee health check/training, finished product inspection, Documentation etc.
• Training undergone- ‘Basic principle of HACCP’ conducted by MPEDA.

EU approved processing unit with production capacity of 40 tonnes per day, The Company have 3 plate freezers and one IQF trolley freezer for production.
• Started career as Food Technologist. Got approval from EIC/ Ministry of commerce and Industry, Govt. of India for working in Quality assurance field.
