• Managing the Security Services & Facilities Management, Managing Housekeeping, Waste Management, Hygiene Services, Pest Control contracts for the mall
• Assisting the re-development team in getting necessary access / approval and assisting them as and when required
• Responsible for the key areas of the mall / anchor tenants for demise inspections, point of contact for tenants
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the building on a regular basis and follow up on issues / concerns noted
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving Tenant's complaints; enforce rules and escalate issues and problems to senior management
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines of authorities and government bodies
• Point of Contact for Key Retailers of the mall like Apparel Group, VOX Cinemas, Carrefour, M.H. Al Shaya, Sharaf Retail.
• Representing the department in the absence of the line manager and preparing reports for the Senior Management.
• Issuing work permits for tenants.
• Duty Manager for the property - Retail, Commercial Tower & Residence.
• Coordinating with government relations department for arranging NOC’s for tenants and assisting tenants wherever required.
• Coordinating with tenants / contractors for arranging all required documents for strip out works.
• Assist in the development and final implementation of planned marketing programs on/off site and collaborate on all
publicity materials for BurJuman / Reef Mall activities.
• Demise inspections for Retail Tenants including Fashion, F&B, and Anchor Tenants.
• Paid Parking day-to-day and operational affairs & preparing reports for access card management for the car park.
• Demise inspection of the common areas of the property and reporting all issues with the property.
- Part of the planning and execution team (marketing) of the mall opening (renovated side of the mall - BurJuman).
- Assist in the development and final implementation of planned marketing programs on/off site and collaborate on all
publicity materials for BurJuman / Reef Mall activities.
- Represent the Marketing Production Team for on-site supervision, pre & post mall operational hours (including night shifts) on weekdays and weekends (as per the project requirement), to ensure that the execution is carried as per
the direction provided by the Reporting Manager.
- Co-ordinate with external parties for venue site inspections, assess space, dimensions, measurements and
accessibility to support an event or project from concept to implementation.
- Work with internal departments to ensure optimum business / event effectiveness and information is communicated.
- Work closely with government authorities and their teams for initiative such as DSF, DSS and other events and their
delivery on the ground.
- Make recommendations for on-going or future event venues and advise event enhancement strategies.
- Co-ordinate with build-out vendors, partners, suppliers and contractors as per the approved quotations and direction
provided by the Production Manager to achieve maximum cost savings.

• Attending to queries over the phone.
• Preparing receipts and payment vouchers.
• Capturing data and entering on to the system.
• Performing various tasks of administrative nature such as file management, fax & call logs, etc.
