o Investigate and identify reasons for any significant movement of publisher, advertiser or user KPIs
• Accomplishments
o Migrated Yahoo in the SEA region from using their in-house ad platform to using BingAds with a significant improvement in monetization metrics
o Launched the BingAds marketplace in Australia and NewZealand
o Managed the France marketplace from 2013-2015 during which RPS grew by more than 100%
o Managed the Australia marketplace from 2013-2015 during which RPS grew by 75%
o Worked with a team of 5 developers to launch a reporting tool for search syndication partners
Structured a suite of products to transform Naukri from a job portal to an advanced career guidance solution - created user interface mockups, system architecture diagrams, use cases and customer surveys as part of the internship

Built and maintained restful webservice APIs for Amazon’s grading solution to automate identification of damages on returned items
•Followed test driven development process which involved extensive unit testing of code
•Identified and implemented a process improvement that saved nearly a million dollars in costs annually
