• Working as L1 onsite engineer in Airtel Mangalore location
• Monitoring and Maintaining Networking Devices and links using Tivoli, Syslog Server, and Wire Shark.
• Hands on experience in cisco 37XX series switches&38XXseries routers.
• Monitoring Firewalls such as Juniper(SRX 3600).
• Verify the Implemented Policies on firewalls and Request for policies according to customer Requirements.
• Provided troubleshooting support to maintain all network supports and monitor them
• Hands on experience in cabling, maintaining devices.
• Resolving customer problems and creating plans for routing and ip allocating.
• IOS up gradation of Cisco routers and Trouble shooting
• Monitoring network traffic, escalating abnormalities.
• Collecting Logs and back up of Switches&Routers and firewalls.
• Preparing Plan for Device configuration
• Raising Change Request For Customers and follow up ITIL Management process.
