•Review operational process and installations to ensure that the contractors comply with the design, standards and specifications of the contract documents.
•Review of design drawings, method statements & inspection test plan (ITP).
•Complete execution & operational sequence of civil structures from foundation to superstructure of Metro Rail structures - Elevated stations, Viaduct, Cut & Cover and At-grade.
•Complete execution & operational sequence of Architectural finishing works - Plastering, Painting, Flooring, Tiling, Gypsum walls, Façade, Steel structure, Canopy & Roof works.
•Plan, schedule, monitor, site inspection & quality control of all site activities of Contractor/sub-contractor.
•Prepare daily, weekly & monthly site activity reports & technical reports.
•Knowledge of operational and safety standards of construction activities.
•Identify & respond to evaluate field construction technical issues.
•Workout bar bending schedule, surveying, details of shuttering of structures, layout for geometry, estimate the material requirement as per drawing of all civil structures.
•Accustomed with Construction codes - ASTM, ACI, BS, IS, IRC & MORTH.
•Knowledge of MS OFFICE & AUTO CADD.
Monitor & execution of Open & pile foundation work, substructure & superstructure of Elevated Metro stations which includes R.C.C structures, Pre-stressed structures & Architectural works. Preparing & submission of site technical reports as well as site activities report on daily, weekly & monthly basis to Project Manager.
Monitor & execution of R.C.C structures - Open & pile foundation, substructure & superstructure of Bridges (14m, 21m, 31m span), Box culverts & Hume pipe culverts. Preparing & submission of site technical reports as well as site activities report on daily, weekly & monthly basis to Project Manager.
